What it does
People, client notes & tags
People directory
Owners, staff, vets and other contacts, with the horses they're on and any extra email addresses.
Client notes
Notes on a person by category (call, email, meeting, billing, racing, complaint), optionally for a horse, with a follow-up date.
Follow-ups due
Due follow-ups show on the yard home and in the Client notes register.
Owner tags
Tag people (for example VIP or Syndicate) and filter People and the notes register by tag.
Files on notes
Attach a letter, signed form or photo to a note.
A role for everyone
Trainer, admin, office, foreman, staff, visiting vet and horse owner. Each person sees only what their role allows.
Archive, don't lose history
A person is deleted only when nothing is linked to them. Otherwise they're archived and their history is kept.
Interested parties
Keep a breeder or agent on the horse's record without making them an owner.
Good to know. Client notes are private to the office and never shown to owners.
