A racecourse grandstand and turf track

Prize money

Prize money at a glance

Record results, see totals on the yard dashboard and show each owner their share, for information. Racing bodies pay owners directly, and Stability doesn't handle winnings.

What it does

Prize money

  • On the yard dashboard

This month, the season (1 August to 31 July), all-time, horses earned against horses raced, top earner and a six-month trend.

  • Race results

Date, venue, race, class, distance, finishing position, field size, jockey, prize money and bonuses, entered by your team.

  • Distribution draft

Split a stake and bonuses with trainer, jockey and strapper percentages and fees. Each owner's share uses the ownership on race day. Approving locks the figures.

  • State-body estimate

A Racing SA estimate is built in. Other states' splits aren't configured yet.

  • Remittance check

Match the estimate to a Racing SA remittance PDF or an amount, including a deduction on a Racing Victoria invoice.

  • QTIS and QTISx

Scheme records and estimates, with deadline reminders at 60, 30, 14, 7 and 1 day. They aren't lodged with Racing Queensland.

Good to know. Prize money in Stability is information only. Racing bodies pay each owner directly, so Stability doesn't pay owners, export payout files or offset winnings against invoices. A GST-registered mark on a person is your yard's record, not tax advice.
