  The horses they own, updates, trials, results and statements. Never another owner's horse, your billing rules or the business report.

• Bills to pay

  Each open invoice at their share, with the due date, days left or days overdue, any credits taken off, and the amount to pay.

• How to pay

  Your stable's bank details and the owner's own reference, plus View invoice to open the PDF.

• A clear overdue notice

  While anything undisputed is past due, a red Overdue notice shows the total, how many bills and the oldest days overdue.

• Query a line

  An owner can dispute one invoice line. The disputed amount is held and the rest stays due until the office resolves it.

• Statements on demand

  Owners download their own statement PDF with a running balance and ageing whenever they need it.

• Health care coming up

  Owners see their own horses' health items due in the next 14 days: the horse, what's due and the date.

• Invites by email

  The office invites an owner from the horse's owner row. Ending a share ends that owner's access.
