Document vault

The paperwork lives on the horse

Registration, ownership and syndicate forms, transfers, passports and certificates stored privately against each horse, with expiry reminders.

What it does

Document vault & racing forms

  • A private vault for each horse

Registration and name applications, ownership, transfer, syndicate and lease agreements, passports, microchip papers, vet certificates, insurance and more. A new upload is a new version, and the earlier file stays.

  • Expiry reminders

Anything expiring inside 30 days, or already past, shows on the horse and the yard home.

  • Ownership check

When the latest ownership form is on file, its percentages are compared with your register and any difference is flagged.

  • Racing Australia registration form

Fills the registration form, including the owner slots, ready to download. Store the signed copy back on the horse.

  • Transfer of ownership

Prefills the Racing Australia Named Racehorse Transfer of Ownership with the horse, owners, shares and location, and shows the deadline and fee. Recording it updates the ownership from the change date.

  • Stud Book import

Paste an Australian Stud Book CSV to fill empty pedigree fields. Values you already have are left alone and listed.

  • BOBS nominations

Fills the Racing NSW BOBS 2026 nomination for up to three horses and raises the charge.

  • Share with owners

Owners see only the documents the office chooses to share, for horses they currently own.

Good to know. Forms are filled for you to print and sign, or to upload a signed scan. Stability doesn't lodge them with Racing Australia or a state body, and card, bank and signature details are never stored. Documents aren't sent to Xero.
