Race entries
Follow a nomination through acceptance, rider and scratching, with fee reminders. Paste a race card to fill the form. It links out to StableAssist and doesn't lodge for you.
Colours and timeline
Racing colours and a short timeline sit on the horse.
Race-day strapping
Paste a runners list or upload CSV or Excel. Each run is matched to a horse and confirmed as a charge, and a summary counts runs per strapper.
Racing Victoria invoices
Import a Racing Victoria tax invoice. Lines that name a horse go to that horse, and prizemoney deductions aren't invoiced to owners.
Queensland fees
The 2026/27 Racing Queensland fee card is built in. Paste a statement and its lines are matched to horses.
No missed strapping
Month end flags a race start or strapping run that has no strapping charge.
